Pickups

The pickups are passive Seymour Duncan Custom Allan Holdsworth in the bridge

Purple heart, maple, and butternut -- a match made in Heaven!
Steve_Elan2

The Danish oiled finish provides a satiny smooth soft luster that brings out the beauty of
wood grain, and provides protection and appealing good looks. High gloss finishes are nice,
but nothing compliments fine wood as well as an oiled finish!
The back also features a matching butternut control cavity cover -- death to plastic--wood
rules!!!

Neck mounting ferrules and the "Wilkat Palm Fit" heel design provides comfortable and easy
access to the 22nd fret.

Machine heads are Steinberger "gearless" tuners, and they work exceptionally well!
Tuners

The weight of this instrument is light and well balanced by the combination of the woods
selected, and results in an extremely comfortable guitar with excellent sustain and tone,
& feel. Butternut yields superb resonance and tone and marries beautifully with the maple
and purple heart neck and center construction.
