Marco's "Angelica" Headless 12 string Custom Guitar:

This "Angelic" custom guitar body was made for Marco Matrunola and features construction
of figured walnut bookmatched top, black limba back wings, walnut and black limba wood
center, and a walnut control cover. The neck is an original Steinberger Graphite headless,
and the ever reliable and innovative Steinberger 12 string bridge providing stable and rapid
tuning as usual.

The body has been chambered by a series of internal holes, which reduces weight, as
well as increasing resonance for superb sustain and tone.

The pickups are active EMG, and these babies really sing like angels as well! Circuit is
Steinberger's original and provides excellent tones!

Contoured and comfortable all around (from back to front!).

The Danish oiled finish provides a satiny smooth soft luster that brings out the beauty of
wood grain, and provides protection and appealing good looks. High gloss finishes are nice,
but nothing compliments fine wood as well as an oiled finish! 

The weight of this instrument is ideal and well balanced by the combination of the woods
selected, and results in an extremely comfortable guitar with super sustain and tone, and feel.
The walnut top blends wonderfully with the black limba with a sound that inspired the name
of the guitar "Angelica"

Born From an idea.......:

The concept of this guitar was the brainchild of Marco Matrunola, and is essentially the
marriage of the Wilkat Elan guitar with Marco's imagination, Steinberger goodies,
followed by my interpretation of his drawings. There's no doubt that he had a brilliant idea,
and I was thoroughly impressed with it form the start (he missed his calling and should have
been a guitar designer!).
